LOGOFIND expands and upgrades the basic infrastructure, services and facilities of participating LGUs and strengthens their capabilities in municipal governance, investment planning, revenue generation, and project development and implementation. It also enhances capabilities at the national level in providing technical support and long-term financing to local governments through the Municipal Development Fund (MDF). |
