DBP and the Local Water Utilities Administration (LUWA) signed on September 17, 2003 a memorandum of agreement for the operationalization of a P2 billion lending program for Water Districts (WDs). The signing ceremony was held at the LUWA Board Room in Balara, Quezon City. |
